Senior 3D / LiDAR Annotation Lead

Supervise a specialized pod of 3D point cloud annotators delivering millimeter-accurate tracking sequences for autonomous vehicle perception.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day delivery and QA audits for multi-sensor point cloud tracking sequences and cuboid bounding
- Onboard and train annotators on customer-specific coordinate frames, occlusion rules, and temporal tracking
- Maintain strict 99.2%+ IoU benchmarks across complex semantic point clouds
- Serve as the technical escalation point for unusual edge cases under harsh weather conditions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience leading 3D LiDAR, radar, or video segmentation annotation operations
- In-depth knowledge of sensor fusion, camera calibration, and point cloud annotation tooling
- Strong leadership abilities and passion for mentoring distributed labeling specialists
